Abstract:
A 59-year-old male presented with bilateral, painless swellings in supero temporal quadrant of orbit. Clinical and radiologic evaluations were conducted. The patient was initially managed conservatively but later underwent surgical correction for cosmetic reasons. Examination revealed soft, mobile masses in the supero temporal orbits bilaterally. MRI confirmed orbital fat herniation through dehiscent septa. Surgical excision yielded excellent cosmetic outcomes without recurrence. Bilateral orbital fat prolapses, though uncommon, should be considered in elderly patients presenting with upper eyelid masses. MRI imaging confirms diagnosis, and treatment can be tailored to patient preference.
